Genealogy Research

After you decided to find your family roots, there are 4 stages we will go through in the research process:

First, setting a preliminary meeting  between us in order to gather all the known information of your family.
Second, I initiate a preliminary research in order to evaluate the feasibility of building a family tree. Sometimes there is not enough available information in the different resources, so I will recommend not to start the process.
Third, after I start the project, we will have an ongoing dialogue in order to discuss and clarify family questions.
Fourth and last, setting a delivery meeting, where I present the research and the products.

The research products:

  • Building a family tree on an online platform in Hebrew and / or English

  • Ancesstors and descendants chart in a PDF document

  • The family tree summary in a PowerPoint presentation

  • Archival documents (if exist)

Types of Research

I offer two types of research:

  1. Basic research

  2. Extensive research

Basic Research

  • Building a "thin" family tree - ancesstors only 

  • Duration of work - up to two weeks

  • Preliminary research - 200 NIS (deducted from the final price)

 

Extensive Research

  • Building a complete family tree - including siblings and cousins

  • Duration of work - up to one month

  • Preliminary research - 200 NIS (deducted from the final price)
